The application runs on a TAPP-controlled domain branded for HRMAB, so your organisation is never interrupted by changes to the partnership. HRMAB never has access to your employee records.

FAQ

Questions employers ask first.

Is the price per employee?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee for your whole organisation, so the bill does not change as you hire. Starter is $99, Pro is $199 and Enterprise is $349 per month in BBD.

What do we save by paying annually?

Two months. Annual billing is priced at ten months rather than twelve, so Starter is $990, Pro is $1,990 and Enterprise is $3,490 a year.

Where is our employee data held?

On encrypted infrastructure operated by TAPP Digital on WavesPath, with daily backups and role-based access. Only people you authorise in your organisation can see employee records. HRMAB never has access to your data.

Do we need to be HRMAB members to subscribe?

No. Any organisation can subscribe. Corporate membership is worth adding alongside it, because it covers staff memberships, CPD and member rates at the conference for the team using the system.

Can we change plan or cancel later?

Yes. Move up or down a plan at any time and the change applies from your next billing date. There is no lock-in contract on monthly billing.

How long does setup take?

Most organisations are live within two weeks. We import your people data, load your policies and train your HR team.

Can employees log in from their phones?

Yes. The system is designed for a phone first. Employees can read policies, complete training and sign documents from anywhere.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export everything at any time. On cancellation we provide a complete export and permanently delete your data after 30 days.
